We collect the following information when you use MyDriverControl: • Account information: name, email, and password (encrypted) • Journey data: platform used, start/end time, distance traveled, odometer readings • Financial data: gross earnings, expenses by category (gasoline, food, maintenance, car rental, other) • User preferences: language, currency, distance unit • Distance data: odometer readings or manual distance entered by the user

We use your data exclusively to: • Provide and improve app services • Calculate statistics, reports, and financial projections • Track distance during journeys • Maintain your account preferences We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption. Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS connections to protect data in transit.

The app calculates distance traveled based on odometer readings or manual input provided by you. We do not collect GPS location data or track your position.

You have the right to: • Access all your personal data • Correct inaccurate information • Delete your account and all associated data • Export your data To exercise these rights, go to Settings > Delete Account or contact us.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, journeys, expenses, and settings are permanently removed within 30 days.

MyDriverControl is not intended for anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
