By creating an account and using MyDriverControl, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

MyDriverControl is a tool for delivery drivers to track earnings, expenses, and real profit. The app provides: • Journey tracking with timer and distance • Expense recording by category • Financial reports and statistics • Support for multiple delivery platforms

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password • All activities carried out under your account • Providing accurate and up-to-date information You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

You agree NOT to: • Use the app for illegal purposes • Attempt to access other users' accounts • Interfere with the app's operation • Reverse engineer the software • Use bots or automated scripts

MyDriverControl provides calculations and statistics based on the data you enter. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of distance calculations, financial projections, or reports. Use the data as reference and not as financial or tax advice.

All content, design, code, and features of MyDriverControl are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without authorization.

MyDriverControl is provided "as is." We are not responsible for: • Data loss due to technical failures • Inaccuracies in distance or earnings calculations • Financial decisions based on app reports • Temporary service interruptions

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

MyDriverControl offers free features. Any premium features and their terms will be communicated before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
